Hello all.

If you would, please keep my friend Lisa in your prayers. After several weeks of playing phone tag, I was finally able to catch her at home to tell her of my loss. She then informed me of hers.

She and her husband lost a set of twins yesterday from an eight week pregnancy. They've been trying to have a baby for about a year.

She and I joked about possibly getting pregnant at or around the same time, and our angels came about within about a year of each other, and now we've both lost. She went to the doctor over a week ago and found that there were no heartbeats. She chose to come home and allow her babies to be delivered naturally. Like my baby, her babies were lifted from the toilet (her husband did it) and they held them for a bit. She said they were going to bury them on their private property today. Sadly, I wasn't able to attend.

I didn't even know she was pregnant. She was going to surprise everyone this weekend at her grandmother's birthday party. She's very depressed and has asked me how I'm coping in order for her to take my advice, and she also lends her support to me for my loss. I'm trying to be of help, but I know that prayers will be a great help. So, please pray for Lisa.

Thank you all.

I will definitely pray for Lisa's loss and her healing process. Loss is so unfair and I don't know why we have to deal with it. She is blessed to have a friend like you to support her. The Bible says that we should take our experiences and use them to comfort others. It sounds like you are doing exactly that.

Thank you so much, Sharon.
I know Lisa will appreciate your prayers. I'll be sure to tell her.

You're so right about it all being so unfair for us all.

I appreciate you saying that Lisa is blessed to have a friend like me. She's really a sweet person and has had her share of bad moments. Though some of the people she helps don't appreciate her, she's the type that puts others before herself, and that's one of the things I love about her. She really does deserve more happiness.

I also appreciate you saying that I'm doing what I should...helping through my experience. I really hadn't thought of that. I figured it may be years down the road before I might be able to offer some help through my suffering....not so soon as this.

Take care.
